Pieces from the shop

When ordering opens, our Standard and Standard+ designs will carry a 14-day right to cancel from delivery, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Custom Pieces

Custom Pieces are made to the written design you approve, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply (regulation 28(1)(b)).

Faulty pieces

Your rights for faulty goods always apply to every piece.
