Our process
From first pour to final polish
Every piece follows the same seven recorded stages.
Design
We agree the brief, sketch the piece and set a target date.
Materials
We select the resin, metals and crystals, and record where each crystal came from.
Pour
The piece is hand-poured in layers. We note the resin batch, mix, temperature and mould.
Set
The resin sets slowly. We check for any defects before going further.
Finishing
Demoulding, sanding, polishing, coil and pipe fitting, lacquer and engraving. The serial plate is fixed.
Photography
We photograph the finished piece for its certificate.
Dispatch
Packed with its printed certificate and sent by tracked courier.
What goes in
Resin, copper, brass or aluminium shavings, hand-wound copper coils, and crystals such as quartz, shungite and amethyst.
